Delivery

1. We aim to fulfill your orders within the same day.
2. AED 5.00 delivery charge is applicable for all orders.
3. Delivery time will be within the same day of placing your order, our dedicated delivery team will call you when they're on their way to give you an estimated time of arrival.

Delivery Delays:

1. 1. In case an out-of-stock situation arises regarding any of the products ordered by you and if it’s beyond our control, then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimize the effect of the delay.
2. 2. If no one is available at your address to take delivery and the products cannot be delivered, we will notify you how to rearrange delivery or collect the product.
3. 3. If you do not collect the product from us as arranged or if, after a failed delivery to you, you do not re-arrange delivery or collect it from a branch; we will contact you for further instructions. If, despite our reasonable efforts, we are unable to contact you or rearrange delivery or collection, we will cancel your order.

 

Title to Products: Products will be considered owned by you and your responsibility from the time we deliver the product to the delivery address, and you have paid for the product.

Invoice: We will issue a Tax invoice, which will be shown in your purchase history.

Out of Stock Item(s): If an item(s) is out of stock, it will display on the site/app or in the event of the system not being updated, you will receive a call-in regard to the same.
